Darryl, the landlord, and Brenda his wife, offer fantastic rental establishments! I absolutely loved my premises in Bath street, I was so sad to leave! The property is beautifully maintained, clean as Brenda comes every week! And any issues are dealt with immediately. The property and rental is very efficiently run - by professionals! ! You have everything you need. The tenants are also of great calibre, vetted by intuition! And are polite, friendly, trustworthy. You feel safe and looked after! Darryl and Brenda are also very kind, easy to approach and understand good relationships! I absolutely highly recommend all the rental establishments, I believe my previous tenant in my rooms, was happily there for 6 years! That is the testament. Nb - the bed is super comfortable!! And everything was immaculate on my arrival

Stayed at one of the Premium Living apartments for over 2 years and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about my time there. Darryl the Landlord is a great and responsive. He was kind enough to pick me up from the Train station on arrival to Southport for the first time, and he and his beautiful wife were always 1 call away. The house is maintained to impeccable status as it is cleaned at least once weekly(greatly helped by the fact I also had tidy and responsible working professionals as flatmates).

We rented a beautiful newly refurbished penthouse apartment for 4 months whilst waiting for our new house to be completed. The Apartment was fully furnished to a very high standard, and just felt like home. Darryl, the landlord, made us feel like it was our own home and was always friendly, helpful, and always super quick to respond to any contact or queries form us. I stayed in one of the rooms for 18 months. The location was very good in the city centre. The room was very modern and comfy and always clean communal areas with kitchen fully equipped in high class furniture and equipment. Very professional Landlord always helpful when needed. I reserved a property for myself but for personal reasons had to pull out. I agreed to a non-refundable security deposit so thought I’d lost it. Weeks went by and PremiumLiving had another property available around the corner. I was now ready to settle so I called Darryl again. He kindly put my old security deposit towards the new property and the rest of it went towards my 1st rent!! What a Gent, he didn’t need to do this at all but yet he did. I am now in one of his properties and so glad I chose one of his as he really is a professional landlord. Highly recommended.

I rented one of the apartments here for 7 months, fully furnished. Amazing property, great location, handy for Churchtown, Southport front and Hesketh Park. Apartment was furnished in high quality furniture, I couldn’t fault the apartment at all. Everything was immaculately clean and the apartment came with every sundry item I could ever need (bedding, towels, kitchen utensils etc) I just needed to move in with a bag of clothes! Safe and secure with underground parking too. Landlord is very responsive and very professional. I would highly recommend the apartments for both short or long stays and I would definitely go back should I need another short term property in the future.

Brilliant Landlord!! Stayed in one of premium livings properties for a short while and honestly couldn’t of found a more lovely property! Not only were they reasonably priced, Daryll (the landlord) was always more than happy to help with any issues within the property and always had them sorted within the first 24hrs of them being reported. I moved out due to me moving out of the area for work, but if I was ever to return to Southport I’d be sure to give premium living a call again to enquire about available properties. We leased a beautiful property in Southport for 3 months whilst waiting for our new house to complete. From the initial enquiry, we instantly felt this was the right decision to make. Much cheaper than and hotel and having to put all our belongings into costly storage. The booking process was simple, fast yet thorough. On our first day we were met by a lovely gentleman who showed us around our temporary accommodation and within a matter of hours it felt like home! We actually didn’t want to leave when our house finally completed! It really was stunning and absolutely spotless. Everything was brand new and we literally could not fault it. Huge thanks to Mr Pickthall and the team for everything during these difficult times.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Premium Living as a landlord, I moved up to Southport from London about a year ago and was lucky enough to be introduced to them, it is always risky moving to a completely new place, i was fortunate enough to not have deal with any of those risks because the landlord was professional, considerate, very responsive to any any queries or requests and reliably so. The quality of the flat and furnishings was high and i can't emphasise enough how pleasant it is to discover that everything in the flat worked properly! In short, the landlord takes their business very seriously, is well organised and all of that made my move up north, a positive experience. Happy to recommend them to anyone looking to use them!

Lived in the southport area for roughly 6 months with premium living. Needed somewhere affordable and quick due to my circumstances. The owner arranged a viewing straight away, he advised there had been a lot of interest into he room so I i paid my deposit so he took it off the market the next day. Living there most people kept themselves to themselves and I made great friends with the ones who didn't. I had some issues with the shower, but I got in touch with the owner and he sent someone out same day. All in all my experience with this company was very positive and I have reccomend to friends.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS We've just had a bad experience with this farcical company. We viewed a property day before yesterday and pretty much said we wanted it there and then. We then waited for Daryl to send any requirements and after chasing him up eventually sent the following, "Hi. Sorry someone else wants to reserve it and pay me 6 months in advance. If you can match that then I would consider your application? Kind Regards" Pathetic customer service there, you're operating in bad faith and you've lost a tenant who could've matched that and then some with cash. And not only that we've lost an opportunity to move on with our lives because of your selfish agency. Thanks for nothing. Update he's just tried to slander me saying I failed all credit checks and he was trying to let me down gently but as I provided not even my surname to this gentleman this is 100% untrue and he's trying to save face.
