ARE THE PROPERTIES REFURBISHED TO A HIGH STANDARD ?
Yes, all of the properties are of a high spec and all recently refurbished.

DO YOU RENT ON A SHORT TERM BASIS ?
Of course! We cater for insurance claims, temporary accommodation, commercial lets and more.

DO YOU RENT ON A LONG TERM BASIS ?
Yes we do.

CAN I MOVE IN STRAIGHT AWAY ?
Yes! Normally it takes 24 hours from your initial enquiry to actually moving in - subject to providing the relevant paperwork.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO MOVE IN ?
We would normally ask for proof of ID, utility bill of previous address, recent landlord references if applicable and proof of employment.

WOULD THE PROPERTY BE SUITABLE FOR ME ?
If you are a professional and like to live amongst other professionals who are respectful, quiet and over the age of 23 - then this is for you.

DO YOU ACCEPT DSS OR ANY FORM OF BENEFITS ?
Unfortunately not. However as long as you have all of the necessary paperwork then we may consider you as a tenant, subject to 12 months rent in advance.

MY CREDIT RATING IS NOT SO GOOD ?
If you are in full time employment and have good references, then we can still consider you as a tenant. Rent in advance may be requested.
